Some youngest of today, are fat, because of eating too much not doing tooo much sport, always being watching TV nd eating healthy.
Somethings you can do to solve this problem is to practise some types of sport such as football, basketball, swimming, athletics, hockey, tennis, etc... or more around and spend time on tV.
Another solution is to eat healthier things or do not eat many things cakes, candys, lollipops, etc...
